This was my daughter’s first car purchasing experience. She had a positive experience with working with our salesman Eli Adames. We recommended Eli to our daughter based on our friendship and previous purchases from him. Our daughter worked with Executive General Manager Ricky Williams to get a good deal on the car. Rick was patient and understanding with her as she learned her way through the process. Bobby in Finance was fun and enjoyable to work with. He helped us get a loan rate better than the local credit union. I would recommend this dealership and Eli to others.

After many months of research & test drives I decided on purchasing an XP Series Toyota Highlander Hybrid in July 2022. I visited Cloninger Toyota and met Gordon Robar and told him exactly what I wanted with no exceptions. Gordon was very open about the length of time that this particular vehicle would take for delivery. I purchased a car in December 2021, to date I haven’t traveled 3,000 miles yet. On my way home on day @2 weeks ago the car started to stall etc.. took car to dealership, said it was the transmission. How does a transmission go out that fast? The dealership refused to fix the car, if so it’s at my expense. At first they were willing to help but now refused to do anything! I’m on a fixed income an cannot afford a transmission. I’ve been in contact with an attorney to consult about the Lemon Law. Shame on you Cloninger-Ford Toyota!! 👎🏽

Great Service! I came in with no appointment. They looked up my car and previous service record. Performed the requested oil change and the additional recommended service. They took me home in a complementary shuttle (Huge benefit), sent me a text correspondence letting me know the vehicle was ready and came and picked me back up. Keri made everything go very smooth with no added stress! Great job!
